Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

Damages

 

If the item(s) you receive appears to be opened or damaged please photograph the damages before removing them from the box and contact Venture Photography via email or text at (208)371-1628 with the image immediately to receive a full refund for your item(s). In this event, we will pay for return shipping.

 

Refunds

 

Venture Photography will only accept items that are returned without damage (ex. no scratches/tears/holes/etc.). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. If you receive a product and decide you no longer want it, but want a refund, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your package has been returned. You will receive a refund for the cost of the purchased item(s) after it has been inspected for restocking. All products returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

 

A refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping and 25% restocking fee) will be provided only if the item is eligible for restocking. The refund will be submitted back to your account within 1-2 business days. 

 

Shipping

 

**Please include a note with your return order. Include your name address, and why you are returning the item. 

 

 

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs on the returned item (unless the item you are returning is damaged). Shipping costs are NOT refundable.

 

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
